CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

To prevent disruptions and errors to our order fulfillment process, any cancellation or modification will be charged cancellation/modification fee (10% of order price) after 24 hours. Once package is picked up by courier, order is officially fulfilled. ANY cancellation or modification can NOT be made. 

We keep the right of canceling orders are considered as suspicious, or not deliverable. If your order is canceled and refunded without noticing reasons, please contact us on blink.key@foxmail.com with your name and order number to see if it can be fixed.

If you received items with problems, please email of customer service blink.key@foxmail.com with following information within 48 hours:

(2) Clear photo of items you received with the original packaging

(3)Close-up photo of damaged products

(4)Photo of outside of your shipping box

(5) Photo of inside of your shipping box with packing materials

Damage claims received after the 48 hour period will be ignored. Claims for damaged shipping boxes or damaged boxes where the actual product arrived undamaged will be ignored or denied.

MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEM(S): If you receive package with missing or incorrect items, we will send replacement, refund or partially refund depending on different circumstance.

RETURN TO SENDER

It is your responsibility to ensure that your correct address is entered at checkout. If the carrier cannot deliver to your shipping address, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment, minus the 15% restocking fee, return shipping fee (if incurred) and outgoing shipping fee.
